The
Center The Center for Divine Awakening is a place where you can come and experience your true self - your Sat Nam. Through the practice of yoga and meditation and learning the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, you will be given the opportunity to know your infinite self. At the same time you will learn how to relax, relieve stress and get in shape mentally, spiritually and physically.
Kundalini Yoga and meditation as taught by
Yogi Bhajan is the primary focus
at the center. Kundalini Yoga has been called the yoga of awareness and the
mother of yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a complete form of yoga and includes
asanas (postures), pranayama (breath), naad (sound current using mantra) and
meditation.
Hari Jap - The founder of the Center for Divine Awakening. An Internationally Certified Kundalini yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for 20+ years. In addition to yoga, Hari Jap has experience teaching Martial Arts, Tai Chi, Tantra, Taoist practices and Sat Nam Rasayan.
Vicki Seil - Vicki started practicing yoga in 2004 and immediately knew it would always be an integral part of her life. In 2008 she completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Inner Vision Yoga. Vicki's desire is to share her love of yoga and the life-changing gifts it brings to each practitioner - physically, emotionally and spiritually. Vick leads the Yin Yoga and Oneness Blessing classes.
